Dearest all

I am delighted to say that we are currently recruiting two new posts of LGBT COMMUNITY ADVOCATE, one based in our Redruth office, and the other based in our new Dorchester office.

The posts are both full-time, salary £25K plus 5% pension, to start on 1 June or thereabouts if possible. Applicants must have a good track-record in some kind of relevant Advocacy work, or similar. The posts are not quite identical, because of funding differences, but full details and application packs are on our website at www.intercomtrust.org.uk/recruitment.

Under existing employment law, it is a genuine and determining occupational requirement that the holders of these posts must themselves be lesbian gay or bisexual. (See the explanatory note on the web-page above).

We hope for a very strong list of candidates, but we recognise these are pretty specialist posts --- so please do all you can to spread the news widely across all local communities, so that it can reach as many suitably-qualified potential applicants as possible!

Best thanks for any help you can give us

Love to all

Michael
