A month ago, we spent a lot of time writing an extensive briefing for the TES on what Schools Out and LGBT History Month are working on. The Government published their detailed proposals for the Equality
Bill on Monday along with their response to the comments submitted
to the consultation on the Discrimination Law Review that ran from
4 June to 12 September 2007.
The document, entitled 'The Equality Bill - Government response to
