Schools Out Blog :: Teaching packs

Following my marathon stall holding session with Joe at the NUT Conference over Easter, it has become obvious that we need a hard copy pack of materials for teachers in the primary sector and another in the secondary sector. We already have the materials needed for these packs online but they need updating, editing and putting into a house style to be put into packs for next year, where we will distribute them at all teachers' and heads' union meetings. Thanks to Nigel who came up with the original idea.

We need people from the committee to work on the following:

editing

developing house style

looking for sponsors to pay for the packs (consulting with Sue)

liaising with Unions

attending conferences in 2009 (there are 6; I can't do them all!)

If it's not time critical (ie I can do it outside newsletter time, ideally over the summer holiday) I can help with the editing and possibly house style (using the newsletter as a starting point).
